Returns, refunds and exchanges

Can I request a refund or exchange?

​

If you are not fully satisfied with your product, you can request a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your product! To request a refund or an exchange, please email me with the details of your inquiry. I will be more than happy to refund or exchange your product for another as long as you have evidence of your receipt. Please note that you will only receive your refund or exchange once I have received your product.

 

What if I want to return or exchange multiple items?

If you wish to return or exchange multiple items from your order, please email me detailing all the items that you would like to return.

 

How do I return a product?

​

After contacting me, I will send you a shipping label straight to your email!

All you have to do is:

  1. Print the shipping label.

  2. Pack your item safely.

  3. Attach the shipping label to the top of your package.

  4. Ship your package at the post office!

  5. ​

Please note that you will only receive your refund or exchange once I have received your product.

 

Can I change or cancel an order?

If you wish to change or cancel an order, please do so within 24 hours of ordering the product!

Shipping and Delivery

Where is my order made and shipped from?

​

All of our accessories are proudly made and shipped from South Australia!

 

How long will it take for my order to get to me?

 

Due to the pandemic, there may be some delays. Thank you for your patience during this time. There may also be some delays during high volume postage periods (eg. Christmas).

 

We offer standard and express shipping on Australia-wide orders. Standard shipping takes 10-14 days and express shipping takes 5-7 days.

 

International standard shipping takes approximately 4+ weeks.

 

How much does shipping cost?

 

Shipping costs are determined by the overall weight of your package (mostly only impacted by our heat packs) and your location.

 

Standard Australia-wide shipping starts at $9.30. Express Australia-wide shipping starts at $12.30. We also offer FREE standard shipping on all Australia-wide orders over $100.

 

Standard international shipping starts at $29.40, however is dependent on your location.

 

We aim to give you the most affordable prices possible and align our postage prices with Australia Post's prices. 

Processing Times

Please allow up to 3 days for your order to be processed before it it shipped, especially with resin orders which take time to create and cure. In the unlikely event of any extended delays, you will be contacted at the earliest opportunity.

Gift Cards

Does my gift card expire? 

 

Your gift card will expire three years after the date of issue.

 

How do I redeem a gift card?

 

The recipient of the gift card will receive an email notifying them of their gift card. It will include the gift card amount selected, the expiration date of the card, and a unique gift card code. 

 

During payment, the option to redeem a gift card will appear.

Can I redeem a card offline (eg. at one of our events)?

​

Unfortunately, gift cards cannot be redeemed offline.

Can I check my remaining balance?

 

Unfortunately, it is not currently possible for customers to view their remaining balance of their gift cards.

What if my purchase is more than the cost of the gift card?

​

If the sale is worth more than the value of the card, you can pay for the remaining cost with your preferred payment method.

 

Can I get a refund for my gift card?

 

It is not possible to refund gift cards or the purchases made using a gift card. If you would like a refund for the above, it will be in the form of a store coupon to match the value of the gift card or purchases made. Coupons in place of a refund will only be issued after any items have been returned. If purchases were only partially paid for using a gift card, the outstanding value can be refunded as per our refund policy. This gift card is non-transferable. This gift card is not redeemable for cash. This gift card may not be sold or transferred.
